The Total Equalizer Quick Start

The Total Equalizer Quick Start

Getting started with the total equalizer, the essential tool for intellegent backing.

Quick Start - Equalizer

  • 1 - Open a new Equalizer
  • 2 - Input Selections and Odds
  • 3 - Equlaize
  • 4 - Bias
  • 5 - Check Bias Results
  • 6 - Add More Selections
  • 7 -Input New Selections!

  • 1 - Open a new Equalizer top
    Firstly decide how many selections you wish to bet on, for example I have chosen to bet on the eventual score line of the Chelsea v Arsenal game, I am going to select 4 score lines that I feel have a chance of coming in those being 1 1, 2 0, 2 1, and 2 2.
    Enter the amount of selections you are betting on in the selections box and press go. In this instance it will be 4 (see left)
    2 - Input Selections and Odds top
    Now the calculator will appear, all you need to do is put in (see left):
    • The event you are betting on.
    • your chosen score lines, simply insert them into the selection boxes.
    • The relevant odds values where stated,
    • don't fill out the other boxes yet.
    For example purposes I have selected some random odds. Once you have done this you then need to decide how much you wish to bet, lets say £100, simply enter £100 into the total stake box, (again see below)
    3 - Equalize top
    The calculator can be used in many ways, what we suggest as a starting point to plan your bet is to always equalize your field, the reason being is to get an idea as to what your winning returns will be as an even value regardless as to which one of your selections wins. So for this demo we shall select the equalizer button. (See above) once you have pressed the equlaizer button what you will then see is what we term the equalizer effect. This means as is clearly shown that whichever of your chosen score lines come in then your profit return except for the odd penny is exactly the same.
    4 - Bias top
    Now that we have a clearer more detailed picture we can really start to plan our strategy using the unique features we have built in to this calculator. The best way to explain the bias function is by trying it out. Lets say the selection I most favor is 2 0 followed by 1 then 2 1 and my least favored selection is 2 2. So in the bias drop down lists, we set:
    • 1 1 => bias 2
    • 2 0 => bias 1
    • 2 1 => bias 2
    • 2 2 => bias 4
    Once this is done you then need to set the bias value, we will choose a bias of £20 for this demo.
    • Set bias by to 20
    • Click on bias button (as above)

    5 - Check Bias Results top
    Now the calculator returns the biased stakes. Notice how the profits are now biased by £20, that is the profit goes down from choice 1 to choice 4 in increments of £20. You'll also notice an option for 'even', this will bias the stake for the selection to break even.
    6a - Add More Selections top
    you may decide that you haven’t covered enough score lines and would like to add an additional 3 2 score line to give you more chance of winning, to do this:
    • Click on the add button (see below) this as you can see will bring up another column.
    • Check the small box next to the selection box to activate this new column

    6b - Input New Selection top
    Then as before:
    • Enter in the selection box the new 3 2 score line and its relevant odds of lets say 18.
    This new score line I feel out of the other 4 chosen score lines is least likeliest to come in, therefore I will:
    • Set the bias to 5 for this particular selection.
    After this is done:
    • click on the main yellow couloured bias button to activate the new change. See below
    Now we can see that we have 5 ways to win with £28.48 being our lowest return and £108.48 being our highest return, if we wish we can simply equalize all the selections again, or we can make some changes to the stake levels or odds levels. The calculator is programmed to recognize any changes and will automatically update accordingly. If I wished I could de activate any one of my selections by simply checking the small box next to the relevant selection, this action simply takes out of the equation that particular selection. The arbonometer as we have called it situated top right simply lets us know what are position is and whether in some cases there is an arb opportunity where we can bet on all possible outcomes and guarantee a win before an event has started.
